Q: When I try to watch the video, I see black and hear audio but don't see a picture?- A: You more than likely have an older version of Windows Media Player installed on your computer. You will need to upgrade to version 9 or higher by clicking the link below:
- A: The Internet connection is too slow. It could be your connection to the Internet or between your Internet connection and the server. To play video over the Internet you need to have a True Broadband connection capable of sustaining 1Mbps download speed. Nearly all highspeed services exceed these requirements.
- A: You may have a popup blocker installed. You need to disable this feature in order to have your video begin playing.
