Q: When I am watching video, the picture pauses and plays as I am watching?
- A: The Internet connection is too slow. It could be your connection to the Internet or between your Internet connection and the server. To play video over the Internet you need to have a True Broadband connection capable of sustaining 1Mbps download speed. Nearly all highspeed services exceed these requirements.
Q: When I click to play the video, I do not see a window?
- A: You may have a popup blocker installed. You need to disable this feature in order to have your video begin playing.
